8.You will not promote or encourage criminal or terrorist activities of any sort

9.You agree that you will not run any resource intensive programs that will interfere in the usage of our services by our users

10.We cannot and do not guarantee the speed of your (isp's) internet connection

11.We reserve the right terminate to your account without notice or refund if we receive any complaints about your activities from other users or internet service providers (ISPs)

12.We reserve the right to make amendments or modifications to our Terms of Use Agreement. This will become binding and it will be your responsibility to periodically check for updates and abide by the terms that you agree

13.If you choose to watch certain UK, USA, German or Dutch television services via our network, You may need a TV licence, You are responsible for purchasing the relevant license that maybe required.

14.You have the rite to cancel your subscription at any time. The day you cancel is the day your account will end unless you notify us first
